Export of the above text -- a PERL implementation of the RSA encryption algorithm -- in any "machine readable form" is a violation of the Federal ITAR statutes. Thousands of computer users are protesting this inane law by using the above text in their signature files and on web pages. Interestingly, the government continues to comply with the 1st amendment when it comes to written copies of the above code. Perhaps they don't understand that the enemy is probably willing to type three lines of code into a computer; I dunno.
